 आरएफक्यू का तात्पर्य है " कोटेशन हेतु अनुरोध "।  यह एक प्रक्रिया है जिसका उपयोग व्यवसाय, उत्पादों या सेवाओं के लिए आपूर्तिकर्ताओं से मूल्य उद्धरण प्राप्त करने के लिए करते हैं।  

RFQ stands for "Request for Quotation." It is a process businesses use to obtain price quotes from suppliers for products or services.

आरएफक्यू का उपयोग अक्सर विक्रेताओं के बीच कीमतों की तुलना करने के लिए किया जाता है।   

RFQs are often used to compare prices between vendors.

आरएफक्यू RFQ

 यह क्या है? एक दस्तावेज़ जो आपूर्तिकर्ताओं से मूल्य उद्धरण प्रदान करने के लिए कहता है

What is it?         A document that asks suppliers to provide price quotes.

 इसका उपयोग क्यों किया जाता है?- किसी उत्पाद या सेवा के लिए सर्वोत्तम मूल्य और गुणवत्ता प्राप्त करना

Why is it used?                                To get the best price and quality for a product or service.

 इसका उपयोग कब किया जाता है जब ज्ञात चर हों, या वस्तुओं की तुलना करते समय

When is it used?            When there are known variables, or when comparing objects.

 इसका उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है - खरीद प्रक्रिया के एक भाग के रूप में

How it's used                                   As part of the purchasing process

 फ़ायदे व्यवसायों को पैसा बचाने और आपूर्तिकर्ताओं के साथ संबंध बनाने में मदद करता है

 आरएफक्यू का उपयोग अक्सर उच्च मात्रा/कम मूल्य वाली वस्तुओं के लिए किया जाता है।  इनका उपयोग निर्माण में ठेकेदारों की सूची को छोटा करने के लिए भी किया जा सकता है।   

RFQs are often used for high-volume/low-value items. They can also be used in construction to narrow down a list of contractors.

 आरएफक्यू प्रक्रिया चरण:   RFQ Process Steps:

 1. आवश्यकता की पहचान करें Identify the need

 2. आवश्यकताएं परिभाषित करें Define requirements

 3. आरएफक्यू दस्तावेज़ तैयार करें Prepare RFQ Document

 4. आरएफक्यू जारी करें Issue RFQ

 5. आपूर्तिकर्ता कोटेशन का मूल्यांकन करें Evaluate supplier quotations

 6. अनुबंध पर बातचीत करें और उसे अंतिम रूप दें Negotiate and finalize the contract

 7. अनुबंध प्रदान करें Provide contract

 आप आरएफक्यू का उपयोग प्रस्ताव अनुरोध (आरएफपी) प्रक्रिया के भाग के रूप में भी कर सकते हैं।   

You can also use RFQs as part of a request for proposal (RFP) process.
