जीआरएन, आरजीपी, एनआरजीपी, एएसएन GRN, RGP, NRGP, ASN

 जीआरएन का अर्थ है माल प्राप्ति नोट, आरजीपी का अर्थ है रिटर्नेबल गेट पास, एनआरजीपी का अर्थ है नॉन-रिटर्नेबल गेट पास, तथा एएसएन का अर्थ है अग्रिम शिपिंग अधिसूचना।

GRN stands for Goods Receipt Note, RGP stands for Returnable Gate Pass, NRGP stands for Non-Returnable Gate Pass, and ASN stands for Advance Shipping Notification.

  इन शब्दों का प्रयोग सामान्यतः सामग्री प्रबंधन प्रणालियों में, विशेष रूप से SAP जैसी ERP प्रणालियों में, माल की आवाजाही पर नज़र रखने के लिए किया जाता है।

आरजीपी (रिटर्नेबल गेट पास): RGP (Returnable Gate Pass):

 एक दस्तावेज जो सामग्री को इस उम्मीद के साथ सुविधा से बाहर जाने की अनुमति देता है कि वह वापस आ जाएगी।  इसका उपयोग अक्सर उन सामग्रियों के लिए किया जाता है जिन्हें मरम्मत, परीक्षण या अन्य अस्थायी उद्देश्यों के लिए भेजा जाता है।   

A document that allows material to leave a facility with the expectation that it will be returned. This is often used for materials that are being sent for repair, testing, or other temporary purposes.

एनआरजीपी (नॉन-रिटर्नेबल गेट पास): NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass):

एक दस्तावेज जो सामग्री को वापस लौटाए जाने की अपेक्षा के बिना सुविधा से बाहर जाने की अनुमति देता है।  इसका उपयोग उन सामग्रियों के लिए किया जाता है जिन्हें स्थायी निपटान के लिए या किसी विक्रेता के पास भेजा जाता है जो उन्हें वापस नहीं करेगा।   

A document that allows materials to leave a facility without requiring them to be returned. This is used for materials that are being sent for permanent disposal or to a vendor who will not return them.

ASN (अग्रिम शिपिंग अधिसूचना): ASN (Advance Shipping Notification):

 आपूर्तिकर्ता द्वारा माल की आगामी शिपमेंट के बारे में प्राप्तकर्ता को सूचित करने के लिए भेजा गया दस्तावेज़।  इसमें अक्सर शिपमेंट के बारे में विवरण शामिल होता है, जैसे कि भेजे जाने वाले आइटम की मात्रा, वजन और आयाम।  

A document sent by a supplier to notify the recipient of an upcoming shipment of goods. It often includes details about the shipment, such as the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the items being shipped.

कुछ प्रणालियों में, जैसे SAP ERP, ASN इनबाउंड डिलीवरी रिकॉर्ड के निर्माण को सक्रिय कर सकता है, जिसका उपयोग माल प्राप्ति को पोस्ट करने के लिए किया जाता है।  

In some systems, such as SAP ERP, the ASN can activate the creation of an inbound delivery record, which is used to post the goods receipt.
